Therapy provides a space to explore your experiences, untangle patterns that may be holding you back, and gain clarity around what matters most. It can help you navigate challenges, manage difficult emotions, and make choices aligned with your values. Over time, therapy can support growth, resilience, and a deeper sense of confidence and balance.

The most important factor in therapy isn’t the approach or techniques a therapist uses—it’s the relationship. Feeling comfortable and understood is one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes. A good fit means feeling safe enough to be open, honest, and explore what’s really going on. If what you’ve read here resonates, I encourage you to reach out and see whether working together might feel right.

The first session is a chance to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit. I’ll ask some questions about your history, current experiences, and what’s bringing you to therapy. If you’re not sure yet, that’s completely okay—we’ll explore it together and begin shaping a path forward that fits your needs.

How long you’ll be in therapy depends on your needs, goals, and circumstances. Some people benefit from short-term work, while others find that longer-term, in-depth therapy supports deeper exploration and lasting change. In my practice, I typically focus on longer-term work, which allows us to explore patterns and make meaningful progress over time.
