Session Fee & Payment

My fee is $160 for a 50-minute session. Payment is due at the time of each session.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale (reduced-fee) slots. If cost is a barrier, please ask about availability.

Insurance

I am out-of-network with all insurance providers and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a monthly superbill upon request, which you can submit for potential reimbursement.

You are responsible for checking your insurance coverage, including deductibles, reimbursement rates, and any relevant restrictions.

If you're planning to seek reimbursement, consider asking your insurance company:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services?

• What is my deductible, and has it been met?

• What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?

• Are there any limitations I should be aware of?

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations are billed at the full session fee. I understand emergencies happen—please reach out if something unexpected comes up.
